During the difficult period of lockdown, essential goods like wheat, rice, oil, and sugar were distributed by the Mahi Foundation to the poor and needy people residing in the Dhangarwasti and other villages in the hilly areas of Malwandi-Thule in Pawanmawal.

During the distribution of grains and groceries  Founder & President of Mahi Foundation Vidya Bengude Police Patil, Anjali Sutar, and other villagers were present. The needy people expressed their happiness at receiving help from the organization during their time of difficulty.

Lokmat News NetworkPavananagar: Bicycles were distributed by Jijamata Pratishthan to needy girl students of the primary school in Malwandi Dhule. Headmaster Rajesh Raut stated that after primary education, girls have to walk 6 to 7 kilometers from the village for further education.

Recognizing this need, Mahi Foundation distributed bicycles. Mahi Foundation Founder & President  Vidya Sunil Bengude, Police Patil Anjali Sutar, Deputy Sarpanch Vishnu Pawar, Walasaheb Dhule, School Committee Chairman Ankush Dhule, senior activist Nivrutti Bengude, Rohidas Dhule, Dashrath Lohar, Vasatai Dhule, Raju Dhule, Shankar Amle, Raju Mohol and women, sisters and students of the village were present. The students’ faces lit up with joy upon receiving the bicycles.The program was conducted by Headmaster Rajesh Raut.
